Outstanding customer service from Bryce and his female coworker on Friday May 19, 2023 after closing. I arrived in Southport for a birthday party, and as soon as I stepped out of my car, my flip-flop broke. I drove straight to ocean outfitters they had just closed for the day and were cleaning up. I knocked on the door held up my broken flip-flop and they graciously let me come in and help me find my new favorite brand brand flip-flops. They saved my evening. So grateful for their compassion & kindness. Looking forward to coming back and getting another pair or two of these amazing Olukai Flip Flops.

Ocean Outfitters has a large selection of items ranging from apparel, shoes, hats, coolers, top end sunglasses, boots and accessories displayed well in the large and well lit stores. Top brands are priced competitively and the staff is knowledgeable, accomadating and friendly. Stop by and see for yourself.

Lots of nice brands, it's a nice change from the typical cheap souvenirs. Only wish they had more crocs and kid shoes but that's just me belly-aching.
